1.0 REPORTS TO: Finance Controller (China), dotted line to Pricing Administrator (Corporate)
2.0 SUPERVISES: Pricing Assistant
3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for preparation/compilation/tracking of margin analysis of pricing requests from sales personnel for management approval, and distribution of price lists and analysis of International Sales operations, including but not limited to Asia, Middle East, Africa, India, Philippines, China and Latin America.
4.0 MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
4.1 Preparation of margin analysis (MA) for management approvals, including coordination and tracking of MA requests and status.
4.2 Maintain comparative pricing/margins for all approved MAs by product/regions.
4.3 Generate and distribute price list for all International customers.
4.4 Verify accuracy of sales price and terms in sales orders/contracts and update pricing in the system.
4.5 Supervises pricing assistant to ensure accurate price updates in system, timely monitoring of exchange rate changes, and review of sales order contracts for compliance with approved MAs through her supervision of the pricing assistant.
5.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
5.1 Special projects and analysis as directed by supervisor.

7.0 REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
7.1 3 – 5 years appropriate professional accounting or financial analysis or related experience.
7.2 Degree in finance or accountancy from a recognize tertiary/accounting institute.
7.3 CPA/CA/CFA or equivalent a preference.
7.4 Must be proficient in Microsoft office for Windows, ESPECIALLY EXCEL.
7.5 Ability to speak and write Chinese and English.
7.6 Strong analytical and communications skills.
7.7 Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines adapt quickly to changes and challenges.
7.8 Manufacturing and consumer background preferred.
7.9 Hands on and pro-active approach.
7.10 Meticulous and attention to details.
7.11 At least 2 to 3 years MNC experience required.
