岗位描述：
1.负责设计制作全套实时3维游戏引擎使用的角色模型，物体模型，以及场景。
2.通过提出各种合理化建议以积极参与游戏设计，提高关卡和地图的设计水平。
3.同时负责管理和培训项目组中的其他成员。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历（艺术类相关专业）或艺术类相关院校毕业，4年以上3D美术设计经验。
同时熟练掌握2D美术制作，包括设计，绘画，制图等。
2.精通以下至少一种3D软件(3D Studio Max, Maya, Softimage 等) 并且了解其他相关软件的操作使用。
3.具有游戏软件制作经验，包括了解技术标准和限制条件，使用相关工具将美工元素整合入游戏引擎。
4.了解各种艺术风格并且能够遵循项目需要的艺术路线。
5.深入了解游戏，并且热衷于游戏制作。

2. Make suggestive proposal to improve design level;
3. Manage and train the team.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent;
2. Minimum 4 years professional art design experience, with at least 2 years designing for the multimedia;
3. A demonstrated depth of experience in copy/design integration and interactive interface design;
4. Deep understanding of design principles and multimedia design;
5. In-depth knowledge of best practices in user experience and usability;
6. Excellent multi-tasking and the ability to set priorities and readjust as needed;
7. Expertise in the latest versions of Flash, Photoshop, 3DstudioMAX, Maya, and all other relevant design software;
8. Must have strong portfolio of previous work.
