Job Description:
1.Responsible for research and innovation project implementation according to work package description. Guide the future technical development direction for project team.
2.Study and proposal some effective solutions for projects in order to meet the immediate and long-term research and innovation needs of ASB, should have strong technical leadership and innovation ability.
3.Responsible for the efficiently project management, should be familiar with the project management process, and have sufficient management and lead skill.
4.Responsible for the project plan development, such as the project scope definition, project schedule definition, project cost budget, risk identification, and so on, in order to meet the requirement of research project management.
5.Responsible for the efficiently communication with the external partners and within the project team in order to obtain the project objective.
Qualification:
a.Education Background:
University engineer in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics or Physics, Ph.D/Master's Degree in Communication Engineerring/Information Science or other educational level with equivalent experience.
b.Working Experience:
Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following fields would be an advantage: OFDM, MC-CDMA, 4G knowledge, WLAN, Software Defined Radio, Radio Transmission Chain simulation by using COSSAP and Matlab tools. Those who have corresponding R&D project management are more preferable.
Used to be a group leader or project manager.
5-10 years of relevant experience.Experience in Project Management is more preferable. PhD/MS level or equivalent required.
c.Language ability:
English Communication Skills, both oral and written capability are required.

Position : research scientist ( 1)
Job Description:
Research and development on the next generation broadband access network, mainly service adaptation, OAM, network management, system architecture and performance evaluation. He/She will also be responsible for the software development for the network and system configuration/management as well as drivers of data link and physical layer chips. These will include testing and debugging the new chip functions and system demonstrators.
Qualification:
1.Ph.D in computer science and telecommunication.
2.Strong knowledge on network architecture, network protocols, network management, performance analysis, and data/voice/video transmission technologies.
3.Familiar with real-time embedded system development. Preferably with experience on OOA&D, UML and its related tool Rational Rose, RTOS such as ThreadX, vxWorks, and their IDEs.
4.Familiar with network simulator OPNET or other simulation software is an advantage.
5.Strong experience on C/C++ software development.
6.Good Communication Skills in English and Chinese Languages.
