Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for month-end closing process and prepare monthly financial reports, quarterly consolidated accounting statement and yearly statutory accounts;
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly actual and projected financial reports;
3. Timely delivery of monthly accounts and analysis reports to monitor business performance;
4. Ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies and procedures;
5. Implement and maintain proper financial controls, risk management measures, etc.;
6. Involve in on-going improvements of accounting systems;
7. Liaise with different parties including internal and external auditors, group finance, etc.;
8. Perform ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Qualifications / Requirements
1. Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as CICPA/HKICPA or equivalent;
2. Comprehensive knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and other regulatory requirements;
3. At least 8 years of professional experience acquired from both Big 4 Auditing and Commercial sectors;
4. Hands-on experience in accounting systems (Oracle / Hyperion);
5. Familiar with MS excel and PowerPoint presentation;
6. Possess good communication skills, coordination skills, analytical skills, problem solving and can be a good team player;
7. Self-motivated and result driven, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines (for local reporting and HK group submission deadlines);
8. Station in Shenzhen.
