Payment Lead Engineer, Beijing China
We are looking for a Lead or Senior Payment Engineer to start a new team. This payment will extend our current system to a global revenue infrastructure and payment platform. This team will allow tens of millions of customers to transact on both web and mobile.

This Lead or Senior Payment Engineer is based in our Beijing headquarter, and will reports to our CTO. This role requires occasional travels. Good English skill is a must.
Responsibilities
1 Lead a small team of engineers and be responsible for team development for both technical depth, productivity, and career advancement
2 Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure payment infrastructure that offers multiple options and currencies to all our users across the world
3 Be technically responsible and accountable
4 Communicate and collaborate with business lead and partners across all levels including CFO, CTO, and studio leads
5 Lead by example; Give context, not command
Qualifications
1 Strong experiences in payment; experience with software security is a plus
2 Demonstrated expertise, rigor, and prudence in design, development, testing of complex end-to-end systems for tens of millions of users
3 Demonstrated performance in fast paced environment and under pressure
4 Experience with Python, web development
5 Able to attract, build and lead a team of engineers; able to mentor engineers and help them achieve best results and career growth
6 Passionate about learning new technologies and tools
7 BS in Computer Science and minimum 5 years experience
