Job Responsibilities
1. Define the appropriate and adequate procedures and measures of control for the process and satisfy client’s expectation by meeting the quality standards.
2. Develop and implement the organization’s quality strategy and manage a staff of quality control and quality assurance professionals.
3. Supporting plant operations to ensure plant-wide compliance with ISO 9001/2008
4. Managing daily staff functions
5. Developing and maintaining controls to ensure adherence to QA procedures and policies
6. Leading quality team on investigations of non-conformances, preparing daily disposition of non-conformances and approving all PPAP submittals
7. Developing and administering QA and inspection training programs for incoming material and production operations
Job Qualifications:
1. University （Degree） Holder
2. 7 to 10 Typical Relevant Experience
3. In depth understanding of ISO certification requirements: ISO 9001/2008, TS 16949, ISO14001 - 2004 and vendor quality systems
4. Thorough knowledge of the Production Part Approval Process （PPAP） and Advanced Product Quality Planning （APQP） tool, including SPC, GR＆R, DOE, FMEA, Cpk and GD＆T
5. Strong computer （Word, Excel, Power Point） skills.
6. Can Speak Chinese Fluently （ English ）
