Founded by 3 Penn alumni, Quakers Education （贵格教育）is an education consulting and test preparation company that operates in Beijing, China. Our adaptable curriculum is tailored to the needs of talented Chinese students who wish to pursue high school and college education in the US. Broadly, our goal is to help students explore their passion and succeed in their education overseas.
Through our comprehensive curriculum, we shape our students into competitive applicants, successful scholars, and innovative leaders. We develop programs and arrange various cultural exchange and community service opportunities. In addition, we offer SAT and TOEFL prep courses, college counseling services, application preparatory courses, and seminars.
Our high-caliber team consists of experienced local experts, all with advanced degrees from prestigious US universities such as Penn, Yale, and Stanford.
Openings:
Due to recent expansion, we are seeking full-time teachers/counselors. In this exciting position, you will be working with an ambitious team to develop various academic and educational programs. The responsibilities may include:
• Completing parent and student counseling on college application
• Liaising with key universities, schools, and alumni clubs
• Teaching courses in TOEFL, SAT, and Academic English
• Assisting in organizing seminars and marketing functions
• Conducting research assignments related to education

Qualities:
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, interested candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Self-motivated in nature yet able to function well as part of a dynamic team
• A commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment
• Relevant experiences in ESL teaching and college admissions consulting preferred, but not required.
Location:
Our office is now in Beijing, but we have a network that spans across the major cities in China. Applicants must be flexible with regards to short-term travel.
