Role Description:
As a key member of the management group, the job holder will be in charge of planning, implementing and managing the overall Marketing and PR activities in the region. The function also includes full budget and HR responsibility of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the annual and monthly marketing plan both at regional and school level to grow our kids brand and generate new leads.
- Develop and manage multiple marketing channels. Monitor channel effectiveness and make necessary changes.
- Work with advertising, media and PR agencies, designers and other vendors to develop the marketing campaign.-
- Run competitor intelligence and provide management with the latest update.
- Lead co-marketing opportunities.
- Full budget responsibilities.
- Staff management responsibilities
Qualifications:
Essential
- 7-10 years work experience in marketing and at least 5 years experience in Consumer Marketing managerial position in fast-paced growth environment.
- Proven track record in driving business result through marketing
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and mandarin
- Bachelor degree or above
Preferable
- Education industry experience.
- Direct marketing experience.
- Copy writing skill
