MISSIONS:
• To be fully part of the localization sourcing program by assisting the qualification leader in his mission;
• To execute the qualification operations on the field;
• To participate the machine assembly for a better understanding of the machine and be more reactive during the qualification;
• To lead any project allocated by the Platform Owner and any other duties assigned by the Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To provide to Quality/Sourcing the proper specifications of the locally sourced component or sub-assemblies and make recommendations;
• To travel on customer site to execute: parts installation, technical analyses, Field Test follow-up, various investigations;
• To clearly report the results of the trials with accurate data;
• To participate in the design of the qualifications benches;
• To support the qualification leader is the creation of a detailed plan of qualification including: quality, time schedule, criticity level;
• To support the supply activity by providing technical advices and analysis;
• drive, if needed, the realization of bench;
PRE-REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with honours
Experience: Min 2 years in work related to Machine or Equipment Design
Competences / Specific knowledge:
• Good knowledge & understanding in Machine or Equipment Design, Engineering Material & Treatment selection, Machining & Fabrication Processes;
• Competent in 2D/3D CAD applications;
• Able to produce thorough and accurate engineering detailed drawings of assemblies & their respective components with proper dimensioning & engineering standards;
• Good inter personal, communication & presentation skills;
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
