Job Role & Responsibility
As the Oracle Senior Manager, you should be the professionals to help our clients realize their business objective and performance goals by both of your rich industrial experience and specialist Oracle technical knowledge. On one hand, you will be involved in a range of activities such as business development, delivering proposals, architecting solutions and project management etc. to contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities. On the other hand, you will also be responsible for team development and people management.
Responsibilities
· Manage project’s delivery; Integrate solutions, resources and implementation plans as a package for clients basing on the business requirements
· Control the budget, schedule and delivery quality of project, make efforts to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings for clients
· Drive the closure of the deal and help resolve client relationship issues during project execution and generate repeated sales within the same account.
· Develop and manage the relationship with client, interact with clients to ensure our products and services to exceed their expectations
· As solution leader to provide support for potential project’s pursuit. Design and propose oracle solutions to client basing on good insights for client’s needs and requirements.
· Develop and improve team’s product competence.
Requirements
· Minimum 6-8 years consulting or Oracle Solution project implementation experience
· Proficient Oracle module skills in Financial/Manufacturing/Distribution
· Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
· Excellent business acumen and industry acumen
· Deep understanding of strategy or process re-engineering methodology
· Proven experience and skills of account development and relationship management
· Experiences as a qualified project manager leading project larger than 1M USD
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
· Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
