Role Definition
• Responsible for delivering feature projects results to meet agreed targets (Time, quality, functionality, and cost)
• Lead feature project definition, scope clarification, planning, risk management, execution; driving corrective actions in case of progress deviation.
• Report feature projects status, escalate to seek support and decisions when needed
• Resources/Cost Estimation internal/external when applicable
• Overall feature quality responsible.
2、Software Architecture
Competence profile requirements:
>5 years of mobile phone development experience including some practical experience on Android platform.
Familiar with Java, Linux and C/C++ development.
Strong competency in design and development methodology.
Good written and spoken English/Chinese.
Good team work and communication competency.

System level design, architectural documentation and guidelines.
Review of high level and detailed design including coaching.

3、QCL(Quality Control Lead)
Competence profile requirements:
>2 years software testing experience, preferably in mobile phone testing
Be proactive and take initiatives
Be Independent & self sustainable
Analyze and provide conclusions based on test result
Be quality oriented
Good written and spoken English/Chinese.
Good team work and communication competency.

• As a member of the Quality and Integration board, stop maintenance integration if delivery criteria is not met and/or checklist not fulfilled
• Approve PVM delivery test scope
• As a member of the Quality and Integration board ,stop PVM delivery integration if delivery criteria is not met and/or checklist not fulfilled
• Approve main branch test scopes
• Recommend integration stop on main branch to the Main Branch Steering Group if Integrity tests shows critical issues and/or KPIs are not met
