Qualification
1. Professional Qualification and Technical Skills:
a. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major
b. Minimum 4 years of experience in J2EE application development, previous experience in working with internet/Intranet banking applications preferred
c. Expertise in open source framework including Struts 1&2, Tiles, Quartz, Log4J, JQuery etc
d. Proficient in Computer Languages with expertise in at least two of the languages - J2EE (EJB, JSP, Javamail, JMS, applets, AJAX, servlets), Html, DHTML, CSS, xml/XSL, SQL etc
e. Expertise in developing J2EE online applications on distributed enterprise systems, and middle-tier services
f. Knowledge of TCP/IP, MQ, Message Broker, TCP/LU62, SNMP, IPv4, v6
g. Knowledge in Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere and Oracle database;
h. Knowledge and experience on Mainframe would be preferred
i. Expertise in solution design, development, application, productivity and testing tools for front end and middleware
j. Ability in overseeing and coordinating development & implementation of applications, with quality control
k. Previous experience in Systems Design, Testing and review activities highly preferred
l. Prior experience of managing a development team of 2- 6 people
