Job Purpose
To develop, implement, and monitor compensation policy, procedures, practices, and programs to attract and retain talent and contribute to achieving business objectives & Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
Major Accountabilities
1.Implement and manage business-aligned compensation and benefits programs and processes cost effectively locally & ensure compliance
2.Provide consultation and recommendation on Compensation and benefit programs/procedure design, in charge of centralized compensation projects
3.Conduct surveys to understand local market trends trends; Perform ad-hoc surveys for specific groups or positions during the year upon request.
4.Act as a Consultant for Staffing & HR Business Partner in the process on salary proposals & Market Reference Range positioning. Work close with HRBP on Merit increase and annual bonus process and provide C&B consultancy for daily C&B support requested by HRBP and business
5.Manage IA & stock option process.
6.Personnel budget prepare, tracking and control
Education:
University degree in business, bioscience, or related field, Graduate or post-graduate HR specialization ideal
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation and benefits in big size MNC and a clear record of creating and administering compensation and benefits programs that maximize employee attrition, retention, and satisfaction levels
Thorough understanding of C&B needs, especially with regard to competitive compensation and benefits administration
