Our client is a leading international property developer with a significant development pipeline across China including principle and secondary cities. With their aggressive expansion in 2010 they need a Learning& Development Director.
Job Description
·Working with management team to identify company learning &development strategy to support company business goal.
·Develop the company leadership succession plan to support the business growth strategy and conduct the bench weakness analysis to identify the talent / skill gap
·Integrate global resources to support China talent development strategy, and build up China Talent Development system within collaboration of local divisions HR and global support
·Identify leadership needs, and effective training to maximize leadership effectiveness.
·Design and delivery learning programs for key talent development
·Team management and budget management
The Successful Applicant
To qualify you must be:
·Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related area required. Master or MBA preferred.
·Minimum 7-10 years management experience, and experience in leadership training and Human Resources required.
·Proven track record in training/learning in a high-performing large multi-national corporate organization
·Key knowledge of the principles and methods of managing leadership development program, and organizational development initiatives.
·Excellent facilitation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
