• College above with background in IT related majors
• 4-5 Years of experience in IT industry, and 2 years+ project management experience
• Previous experience working in an MNC would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Demonstrated skills with PCs and MS Office Appliances (i.e., Word, Excel, ) as well as internet knowledge
• Must be able to stay calm under pressure, multi-task and be flexible
• Must be able to demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS Windows 2000/XP Workstation/Server
• Good understanding of AD/WAN/LAN
• Working knowledge of IT peripherals such as printers and switches
• Knowledge Messaging Systems
• Knowledge of Voice systems such as PABX would be useful
