(Senior) Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Running a growing SW development and testing program of 20+ people 5+ sub-projects successfully for demanding international mobile internet customer.
• Program’s main contact window towards both internal and customer stakeholders both in China and Europe.
• Continuously improving efficiency and productivity of project team by adapting process, co-operation method or related tools to program’s needs.
Main requirements:
• Strong SW program/project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English.
• Good experience in customer cooperation and service
• Innovative and proactive problem solving skills
• Good understanding about different project management theory, PM book, Agile/Scrum.
• Multi-cultural and multi-site project experience is a must.
• Excellent in effort estimation, change management and risk management.
• Well organized, analytic and systematic.
Other requirements:
• Capability to travel aboard for at least 1 month.
• Development background or location based service (Maps, GPS, GIS) experience is a big plus.
