1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
2. To manage a software development team, ensure the team to run with high quality and efficiency
3. Cooperate and communicate with developers, production supporters and managers to identify product features, prioritize tasks, track schedules and deliver results
4. Aid Project Manager to do technical and requirement risk analysis
5. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
6. TL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major
2. 5+ years' (PM should be above 8 years) Java Project Leader experience
3. Familiar with B/S application programming
4. Familiar with Java/JSP/javascript programming
5. Have experience on Web application design, implement and testing
6. Familar with Banking domain Business
7. 2+ years Team management experience(TL/PM)
8. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
9. Self motivator and fast learner with also Good attitude in team collaboration
