Job Responsibility
· communicate with clients to gather and analyze requirement
· responsible for data model design and optimization
· be able to inculcate the best practices and ETL coding standards and execution model.
· participate implementing ETL strategy, design and specifications.
· perform database/ETL optimization
· be able to lead team members to carry out development, testing and data validation
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or above
At least 5 years experience in expert knowledge of BI processes
At least 5 years experience in Telecom / Banking / Financial Services industry experience
At least 3 year experience in data analysis
At least 3 years experience in technical requirements definition, mapping and data modeling experience
Willing to travel on project basis
Fluent English/Japanese is preferred
Preferred to have the following:
At least 3 years experience in Architect / Design Experience in Large Complex Multi-terabyte data environments
At least 3 years experience in ETL Application Architecture / Design Experience
At least 3 years experience in a ETL tool, e.g., Ab Initio, Informatica or DataStage

Job Responsibility:
Opportunities for experienced Cognos ReportNet/Transformer/Powerplay designer/developer to support global implementation of BI Analytic / Reporting solution. This position offers candidate the chance to collaborate with global team to design/develop solutions with Cognos tools. Responsibilities will also include daily routine maintenance works.
Requirement:
1、Minimum 2+ year of experience with Cognos report development or have 4-5 yrs BI related experience with COGNOS knowledge.
2、Experience of installing, upgrading and applying service packs with Cognos server in an Unix environment is a strong plus
3、Hands-on experience with DB2 or Oracle Database is preferred;
4、Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
5、Good communication skill on Japanese is a strong plus
