- Works with customers to ensure the delivery of goods ordered without delay;
Achieve A/R target
- Ensures that the customer pays on time and can explain why a customer would delay payment;
- Proposes a payment plan for customers with cash flow problems;
Achieve sound customer relationship by providing technical and commercial supports
- Visits customers regularly to promote company and present selling points of product to customers, and understands thoroughly the key people and keeps good relationship with them;
- Works closely with creel room managers, operators, technical, purchasing and administration staff so as to handle customer’s complaint without delay;
- Manages TSO to work effectively and efficiently with designated customers;
- Proactively undertakes strip analysis for all steel cords to avoid processing problem;
- Coordinates between customers and company for a solution to customer problem e.g. spec. handling, fast sample approval, etc.;
- Assists customers to improve the turnover of inventory of company’s products;
Realize sustainable business growth
- Develops action plan to maximize the market share in active and prospective customers;
- Upgrades product portfolio continuously to improve the competitive position of company in customers, e.g. new product introduction;
Manages the return of packing materials
- Ensures timely return of packing materials;
- Ensures that packing materials return in good condition;
Own the responsibility of sales reporting, sales forecasting, and account profile
- Keeps sales reports complete and on-time delivered;
- Updates account profiles continuously;
- Tracks the status of sales and production of customers to propose accurate inputs for M+3, X+1, and X+3 sales forecasting;
Engage in marketing intelligence
- Monitors marketing and sales activity of competitors in customers, e.g. pricing, NPI, and cooperation project, etc.;
- Observes customer installation, technology and process setting to provide inputs for technical information system;
Requirements:
- 5 years or above marketing experience, tire industry with technical background preferred;
- Intrinsic result driven;
- Strong customer oriented thinking and action;
- Sound knowledge of commercial management principles and understanding;
- Fast learning competency;
- Good communication and listening skills;
- Self-motivated, initiative, good team player who can work independently meanwhile;
