The candidate will be 1. onsite in Melbourne, Australia for 4.5 months at least, with possible up to 8 months.
2. Work with WW BAs, to oversee the business design of project modules and products.
Description
*Provide the E-Government services: Business strategy carding, management diagnosis, process planning, IT strategy and architecture solution, information-based program delivery, IT service management solution.
* Prepare business cases and consulting proposals, Architecture Planning and Enterprise Architecture engagements, provide expertise in the domains of Enterprise Architecture, including IT Transformation, IT Strategy and Planning, and High Performance IT Assessments
* Be responsible for establishing E-Government consulting methodology system and tools
* Be responsible for implementation and improving E-Government system
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Enterprise Management or equivalent area, but highly prefer a Masters or graduate degree.MBA will be a plus.
* Must have at least 8 years experiences for E-Government consulting.
* Must have expertise in E-Government.
* Must have information technology knowledge in E-Government processes, E-Government architecture and E-Government systems. 2 years experience of application development will be a plus.
* Must have management knowledge in process, Enterprise architecture etc
* Must delivered 3 or above E-Government projects (size over 200MM) as key person. Can handle the project execution by self.
* Broad experience across multiple methodologies
* Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks will be a plus
* Have an extensive knowledge and understanding of BPR will be strong plus
* Have extensive knowledge and understanding of project management. Play PM role in consulting project will be strong plus
* Must have fluent English communication skills both verbal and written
