Job Responsibilities:

Post Sales Support

● Installation and Commissioning of TM500

● Conduct an on-site training during commissioning of system

● Resolve technical issues on base station testing, related to our system.

● Feedback of pending unresolved issues to the engineering base in the UK.

● May need to migrate to boarder product support in the future.

● Area of coverage is mostly Asia Pacific; but may need to cover other regions if there is a need.

Pre-sales support

● Conduct presentations and on-site product demonstrations TM500 mainly TDD LTE.

● Feedback of any new potential opportunities for Aeroflex.

● Develop and maintain close relationship with key customers.

● Work with product marketing on strategies for the growth of the product segment.

● Area of coverage is mostly China; but may need to cover other regions if there is a need.

Job Requirements:

● Minimum Degree holder in Telecommunications/Computer/Electrical Engineering from a recognize institution.

● At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in telecommunication related industry

● Experience in layer I design/testing on 2G/3G/LTE is an added advantage.

● Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player

● Able to provide pre and post sales support

● Strong communications skills as well as be customer-oriented

● Willing to support within mainly China frequently to provide solutions support to clients.

● Good oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
