1. Work closely with the regional operation and service management team to understand their business needs and transfer it into HR plan and implement accordingly;
2. Provide professional consultancy to the regional operation and service management team on HR operational issues;
3. Make sure that HR policy and procedure is implemented in the region in accordance with the national and local law requirements;
4. Communicate timely with the national HR functions for changes and updates of the local laws and regulations;
6. Coordinate with the national HR functions for HR project implementation and ensure full understanding and practice of the HR projects in the region;
7. Build up the competence of the HR team in the region, coach and train the HR staff to a professional level.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 7 years related HR working experience in MNC in China (service or retail industry preferred)
2. Minimum 3 years experience in leading a HR team
3. Familiar with local HR related regulations and policies
