Manage analytic consulting projects to ensure prompt delivery of service and solutions to clients to achieve the financial objectives and other key performance indicators. Responsible for the communication and coordination with modeling hub, client leaders, teams and other related departments in company to ensure client project quality and fulfillment.
1. Undertake sales and marketing activities with senior management on preparation and delivery of proposals, projects, credentials, training materials, seminars.
2. Collaborates with Analytic Consulting Director and clients on identifying business issues, developing analysis project objectives, scope, design, proposals.
3. Serve as a project manager and a contact window between client and company modeling team and other related parties on daily communication, requirement specifications and data processing, to ensure the quality and timely delivery.
4. Attend both internal and external client meetings, presentations, consultations, trainings as requested.
5. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization.
6. Foster pro-active communication and team work among client leaders, RMS, merchandising service, modeling hub and other related departments in Nielsen.
7. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on modeling techniques and applications.
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
1. BA / BS in numerate discipline required.
2. 5 to 8 years experience in FMCG / Client service / Retailer or related industries.
3. Client service skills.
4. Attention to details.
5. Project management experience.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skill both in English and Chinese.
7. Basic understanding of statistical modeling.
8. Familiar with Nielsen service are desirable.
9. Excellent MS office skill, especially for Excel and Powerpoint.
10. Frequent traveling and relocate-able to Beijing is highly desired.
