RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Delivers chargeable engagements to customers in the development of industry specific systems focused on business or technology consulting assignments.
2.Effectively hands over post consulting engagements to the Professional Services teams to build and install turnkey business solutions. Billable consulting customer engagements target is 60%.
3.Assists sales teams in pre-sales consulting activities to customers (target 40%)
4.Responsible for the ASCC revenue and margin numbers in region
5.Evangelize, educate regional associates on Consulting Offers
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1.In region ASCC pipeline / margin management
2.Strategic account ASCC revenue target achievement.
3.Incremental revenue from identified strategic customers
4.Localized case study development and supporting collateral
5.APS Customer satisfaction
