Scope of Job: Create and deliver appropriate strategies for the successful marketing of company Shanghai, delivering budgeted visitors, admission revenue, and EBITDA targets. Working with all the relevant departments and external agencies, ensure a consistent delivery of the Madame Tussauds brand platform both on and off the site. Help drive product development plans that support the long-term growth strategy of Madame Tussauds Shanghai.

Key objectives:

1. Drive visitor volume for Attraction Shanghai by providing new and creative ideas to Attraction Manager that will keep MTSH in the public eye between the deliveries of new experiences.
提出具有创新性的建议使公司品牌保持与公众的沟通并且不断更新,以此增加展馆的游客人数
2. Support Attraction Manager in developing a commercially driven business strategy and ensure implementation and effective execution.
协助场馆经理开发商务计划和策略,确保计划的有效执行
3. Manage an allocated marketing expenditure budget to ensure that finances are being used and distributed properly for marketing strategies.
管理预定的年度市场预算,确保资金使用是符合市场策略且有效的
4. Create and maintain strategic partnerships that drive visitor volume.
寻找、维护合作伙伴关系使之不断提供游览人数
5. To manage and be responsible for all marketing communications as it relates to volume, promotions, and discount distribution channels.
管理所有的市场营销相关的事务,如游客数量、促销以及提供优惠(促销)信息的渠道
• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
大学学历,主修市场营销或商务管理
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in sales and marketing
至少拥有8年的市场营销工作经验
• Solid contact and relationships with promotional agencies and other varies organization groups
与市场推广机构或其他市场营销组织有良好的关系
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong ability to network across business to business contacts

• Proven success in generating incremental revenue through branding, promotional opportunities
