Senior credit manager
Description
• Drive and manage key initiatives for the Dell Global Financial Services areas in Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections across the Asia Pacific region.
• Primary focus on working cross functionally with various business, finance, treasury and 3rd parties to analyze and expand credit capacity and risk mitigation options for a variety of business segments across the APJ region - retail, channel partners, and global accounts.
• Understand the Asia Pacific and Japan Global Finance Services business process areas, systems and tools, focusing on alignment and standardization across regionally and globally
• Evaluate and Identify business improvements, centralization, and outsourcing opportunities across geographies, influencing business partners
• Conduct external benchmarking exercise for Accounts Receivable, Collections and Credit to improve on productivity and relevant Key Perfomrance Indexes
• Participate with global and regional business teams to establish strategic direction and objectives and provide regular key initiative status updates
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or any finance/accounting professional qualifications with a minimum of 10 years of working related experience in the AR, Credit or Collections functions.
• Ability to drive change management, influence change and drive results
• Must have project management and vendor management experience.
• Great people, communication and command skillsets. Able to communicate with all levels of management globally
