职位要求：
1. 语音技术（或相关）硕士/博士；
2. 在以下各项中至少是其中一项的专家并具备其他项的基本知识：
-声学建模
-自然语言理解
-韵律分析
-基础服务器与分布式识别器；
3. 具有面向对象的语言(C++, C# or Java)和脚本(Perl or Python)的精湛编程技术；
4. 熟练的英语书面和口头交流能力。
Job Requirements：
1. MS/PhD degree in speech technology (or related).
2. Expertise in at least one of the following areas and basic knowledge of the others:
-acoustic modeling
-natural language understanding and dialogue systems
-prosody analysis
-server-ba<x>sed and distributed recognition.
3. Excellent programming skills in both ob<x>ject-oriented languages (C++, C# or Java) and sc<x>ripting (Perl or Python).
4. Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
