Duties
1、Analyze and consolidate training needs
2、Source training program and implement training plan
3、Organize and facilitate training activity according to business requirements
4、 Coordinate for training evaluation and follow-up
5、Coordinate technical training programs organized with internal Trainer
6、Conduct training for special position (welder, electrician, etc)
7、Maintains training database and control training expenses within budget
8、Works with related department to deliver induction training for all new employees.
9、Conduct a regular audit of requirements
10、Working with managers to design career progression for their staff
11、Provide first level supervision to training and development consultants
12、Other tasks which were assigned by HR manager.
Requirements:
1、University, majored in HR or relevant
2、Over 5 years working experience in HR training function
3、Good knowledge about HR
4、Good computer skill and English,
5、Very good communication skill and organization skill
6、Very good team spirit
7、Open-minded and outgoing, initiative
