Quality System Manager, China Service
Specific Responsibilities
1. Develop quality system in China Service organization and get the certificate of ISO9001.
2. Plan and execute internal and external audit schedule, follow up on the completion of corrective & preventive actions, verify their effectiveness, and escalate to higher management on unresolved issues.
3. Identify systemic issues in the entities and work with the entity managers to develop corrective and preventive action plan.
4. Apply proper quality tools (such as, Kaizen & Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of China Service operation.
5. Conduct necessary training and coaching of International Standards and Policies to the entities.
Scope:
The scope includes but not limited to the following areas and standards:
1. China service entities (HQ & Regional service offices)
2. Total Quality System Management
3. ISO 9000, ISO14000, etc.
4. Company Policies
Requirements:
1. At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering, Science & Technology or equivalent
2. 8 year(s) of working experience with at least 2 years at managerial level
3. Excellent communication (Oral and Written both in English and Chinese), presentation, and interpersonal skills
4. Good business sense
