Review of incoming project orders for natural gas pressure regulating, filtering and metering skids. Understand the project scope and deliverables.
Critical review of contract terms and conditions in compliance with Division guidelines and offer contents.
Provide master schedule and milestone chart to customer. Track the progress and update the master schedule periodically.
Provide project updates to the customer.
Execute the entire project to completion as per planned time frame and within targeted project cost.
Sourcing of components, bought-outs as per the project specifications. Monitor skid integration and fabrication activities.
Manage witness inspection, factory acceptance tests, skid commissioning and site acceptance tests.
1Provide complete set of project documentation and drawings to the customer.
Update the cost data base comparing actual costs of individual items against costs estimated during proposal stage.
Train engineers and technicians from Customer organization on skid operation and maintenance.
Provide after-commissioning support and services to the customer when necessary.
•Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering with at least 8 years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
•Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring software like MS Projects.
•Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
