I have couple questions. I just got my green card. now i am going to work in ASIA for a fortune100 U.S.A company and company is going to file I-131 and N-470 for me. i am a little bit worried about this because there are such two rules:
1)In order to qualify for approval you must have been physically present and residing in the U.S. for an uninterrupted period of at least one year, after you were lawfully admitted for permanent residence.
2)you must be physical in u.s.a for 3 months before submitting naturalization forms.
Does this mean ： even i get N-470 for a u.s. company to work in abroad to satisfy the continuity of residence., i still need to meet the requirement of un-interrupted one year. and I also need to be in us.a. for 3 months before applying for naturalization
