刚才和某美国女同事聊天（she's gonna have a second baby girl this September...Full-time job, pregant and mom and wife, and realtor on weekends, wow!!）,她家一个月前刚刚list勒的房子上周已经close了，算是又一次flip成功。tip奏是雇人stage house for about $2k，and she got two offers that week and 很快按照list price卖出去了，在亚城可不常见，至少我见得不多所以知道的类似情况不多...


她家还在翻新另外一座然后好了马上list出去，都说房市不好，我看有眼光怎么都好的...

时间还是花到这上面合算，creative生活/赚钱方法之一？@_@
