看近期的Scrip杂志, 中国的一家律师行正在国内征集Vioxx的可能受害者, 看样子是准备搭美国相关诉讼的顺风车, 争取一笔赔偿金/attorney fee.
有人知道AXM Pharm这个公司吗? 此公司注册于LasVegas, 在AMEX上市. 总部好象是在沈阳, 前一段有几个药在国内被批准.
上周传出被SEC调查的消息, 原因是对其filings, press release, 甚至book keeping有怀疑.
