Working on a very big deal with a client here, who asked me the following
question, how would you address it? Given that I'm pretty much a one-person
shop here

- How will we be able to remain engaged in the progress and quality
control of the project from our position in the U.S. ? If we use a
U.S.-based plant this is relatively easy, but going through your
outfit we are removed from the manufacturer by thousands of miles.
Do you have processes in place whereby we can monitor and control
each stage of the *** production process, printing/packaging quality
etc?
- Last, how long has your organization been in business? How many
people do you have operating in your U.S. offices, and what is the
structure of your organization? Are you able to provide references
from any of your other clients?
