• More than 10 years of experience in the IT industry and at least 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Ability to communicate well in English
• Manage multiple projects and track the utilization and operating margin.
• Work closely with the client to increase the size of the portfolio
• Work with the BDMs to drive pre-sales and increase revenue.
• Manage client expectations and escalations
• Manage project scope and change control process
• Interface with client project manager
• Experience with using Microsoft Project or any other project management tool
• PMP certification is nice to have
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
• Knowledge on BI, DW, Portals or content management will be a plus
