RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build up the platform and modular design technique in CNC machining;
Improve the CNC efficiency and innovate new high-speed machining technique;
Optimize the existing machining process, such as setup-time, machining parameter & tool selection;
Conduct DOE test and build up the tool & machine parameter database
Provides technical support in urgent case;
Provide technical training and seminar to relative staffs and workers
Reduce the machining cost and lead time;
Design the right method of copper electrode design and programming;
Enhance the efficiency of the high speed milling and turning.
REQUIREMENT:
Diploma above in mechanical engineering;
6 years above Mold design or mold fabrication;
Be proficient in specific tools application;
Can read machine assembly drawings;
Have basic or moderate knowledge in mold design or mold assembly experience;
Has basic or moderate knowledge in CAD / CAM application.
