Production Leader Supply Chain
-- Managing a group of suppliers to guarantee smooth production and delivery on time
-- Establishing master production plan and managing purchasing orders
-- Ensuring component supply and managing component stock on hand
-- Optimizing overall costs of products
-- Monitoring sales turn over, margin and other KPI
Quality Production Leader
-- Ensuring product quality through the deployment of quality control plans
．-- Ensuring supplier quality system through internal and external quality & social audits
-- Managing the development of product range
． -- Taking supplier management leads on new supplier sourcing & cost negotiation
Industrialization production leader
-- Coordinating production development between product engineers and suppliers to
ensure mass production on schedule
-- Helping suppliers to make continuous improvement on productivity
-- Controlling product manufacturing cost
-- 3 years production management experience in stitching factory shall be a plus
Export Supervisor
-- Ensuring products export delivery on time with best costs.
-- Having a good understanding about local customs’ administration procedures.
-- Managing and evaluating supplier performance.
-- Providing professional advices for clients and making new action plan to
improve performance.
We are looking for candidates with below profiles:
-- Sports enthusiast;
-- Bachelor degree or above;
-- Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English and Chinese, French will be
a strong plus;
-- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
-- Relevant textile work experience would be highly regarded.
