Responsibilities:
• Collect market information and conduct marketing analysis for construction sector to support the business development
• Evaluate market size and potential; collaborate with business lines to define the market through segmentation and propose targeting tactics
• Conduct market studies, analyze overall market trends and propose growth strategy
• Map out the competitor landscape, establish competitor databa<x>se and conduct acquisition study
• Manage research firms and keep good relationship with industry associations
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in business, statistics, marketing or related discipline, MBA preferred
• At least 5 years experience in a market research/analytical role, construction equipment preferred
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Good teamwork spirit and a proactive work attitude, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English & Chinese).
• Strong computer skills, especially in data processing and presentation
