ITSM Consultant will be leading the engagement and implementation for IT service management projects which cross industry (banking, telecommunication, industrial, government, ..). He or she will play an integral role on advising ,selling and delivering enterprise level solutions by defining IT strategies and 3-5 years roadmap in helping the clients to achieve their IT service management goals. They will be good communicators and problem solvers capable of undertaking a range of responsibilities which may include directing other team members in selling and delivering. The senior consultant will be required to achieve a balance between meeting client obligations and supporting their own personal development plans. They will also be expected to provide support to the business development function and undertake some internal responsibilities to support the growth of business.
任职资格:
1. A minimum of 3 years of IT service management experiences.
2.At least 8 years IT experiences.
3. IT consulting experiences in large firms are preferred.
4. Experiences of analyzing complex IT and business problems and designing IT strategy and solutions.
5. Capable of leading a team to engage and deliver solutions.
6. perform delivery management for complex projects.
7. Solid technical background with strong knowledge on ITIL services foundation.
8. Manager or practitioner plus Tivoli, BMC experiences and etc.
9. Good command of written and oral English.
10.Chinese speaking candidates are preferred.
