• Care Project Manager demonstrates best in class responsiveness and knowledge on product quality issues and acts as role model for product quality leadership.
• He/She works in cross-functional environment and drives R&D for product quality improvements.
• CPM collaborates with different organizations inside and outside of R&D.
• As Program Management Team Member CPM drives corrective actions on product quality issues and supports program business decision making. He/She actively develops CPM role and daily work and drives consistent Product Quality message inside Program Center.

• Actively develops CPM role and daily work
• Provides product and process lessons learnt to Concepting and PD programs
• Aligns best practices between different PM programs and in the CPM team
• Brings customer voice to Product Quality Organization and PM Teams, represents Care in relevant meetings and work shops
• Drives corrective actions on product quality issues
• Leads and participates to relevant task forces such as product specific warranty cost projects
• Deploys Maintenance Quality Strategy
• Implements and continuously improves Care Maintenance key processes and conducts milestone and key event reviews
• Seeks to understand consumer feedback and drive consumer experience improvements based on the feedback

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Project Management Experience
• Experience in coaching or leading people is an asset
• Experience in Marketing or hands-on market research/consumer Research preferred
• Preferable worked in consumer interface with User experience/Consumer experience knowledge
Relationship with other functions Cooperates with PM Program management team, PD Care Team, Markets Care organization, R&D Site management, PD and Concepting Programs and with several teams inside PQ.
