This position is responsible for developing SMB market for ***based products, including NB, DT, and server across the region through SMB channel partners as well as working with key OEM partner regional SMB sales force. The goal is increasing *** SMB market share, revenue and profit in the region.
Responsibility
• Manage overall *** SMB Business in the region and meet assigned quota
• Recruit and manage Field Sales Rep for pipeline review and forecast process. Ensure sales-out performance delivery across the region Coach/develop staff to their maximum
selling potential
• Conduct weekly forecast reviews and presents accurate revenue expectations. Forecasts
regularly, accurately and consistently and responsible for accurate pipeline management
• Develop, execute and monitor business plans and development initiatives across the
region
• Manage and develop the relationship with FPP Elite& Premier Partners and drive them to achieve assigned *** SMB goals through partnership business plans with conditions of satisfaction, pipeline review and forecast process.
• Manage and develop the relationship with OEM regional SMB Sales Leader for joint market development, sales opportunities and grow *** product mix in the region
• Initiate *** SMB sales program to drive *** market share in regional SMB market
Knowledge
• Superior knowledge of sales, marketing and financial management principles
• Highly developed knowledge of the regional SMB channel marketplace --- business drivers and influences and competitive landscape
• Sound knowledge of all associated computer technologies including solutions.
