1.Interface with client-side senior Architects to
a.Understand the current architecture
b.Understand future plans
c.Provide Suggestions/recommendations
2.Active participation in design for each sprint and ensure adherence to architecture
3.Identify key features in product backlog and work on the approach/design well in advance
4.Discuss with client-side leads/Architects on the design and get agreement
5.Analyse the design/code of existing components and prepare a road map to refactor them to cater to global needs
6.Provide assistance to development teams in understanding the current design
7.Suggest tools/frameworks to
a.Address functional/technical needs
bEnhance productivity
8.Participate in the markets analysis to
a.Analyse the impact on the existing applications and provide inputs for feasibility analysis
b.Assist estimations process
c.Assist solution finalization
