Responsibilities:
+ Design and manage marketing strategy locally in accordance with global marketing strategy.
+ Manage, localize and execute marketing campaigns and identify new marketing initiatives in the region based on target account/segment strategies.
+ Implement global marketing campaigns locally taking into account the optimal marketing mix.
+ Act as local marketing interface for the global marketing organization.
+ Work cross-functionally and across business units to ensure that marketing fulfils the business needs.
+ Assist Business Managers to establish effective plans and budgets.
+ Work closely with product marketing to ensure effective delivery of sales tools to the field organization.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or higher, preferably with a major in marketing, management, economics, social science or languages.
+ At least five years marketing experience in international business environment, preferably working in a matrix organization.
+ Proven ability to excel in a cross-functional team environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects and excel in a results-oriented work environment.
+ Ability to identify market opportunities quickly and follow up on them effectively.
+ Excellent territory planning and management skills.
+ Fluent in English language (conversation and written).
