-Prepare the internal and external material for presentations and business activities.
-Prepare and assist in drafting proposals for business development.
-Responsible for information searching, data compiling, and documentation translation for business process.
-Involve all kinds of business meeting, issue minutes and follow up the action plan.
-Communicates the instructions of SVP with other headquarter departments or branch offices/departments, and/or reports the information submitted by each operation/department accurately to top management.
-Co-operates with each headquarter departments or branch offices/departments’ operation under the direction of SVP.
-Other responsibilities as designated by Division Manager.
