主要工作职责:
1.Lead C&B related Project.
2.Develop C&B strategy, such as Compensation Models, Grading System and Salary Structure etc.
3.Set up C&B policy and procedure in line with C&B strategy.
4.Lead HRIS program to ensure smooth data conversion and strong support for business decision making.
5.Participate in annual planning of compensation and benefits program including budgeting, Merit Increase, and Sales incentive plan etc.
6.Work with C&B team to initiate other C&B projects.
任职要求和条件:
Education/Experience:
1.Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, MBA or equivalent knowledge or experience is desirable but not required.
2.5+ years experiences in C&B function, working in a multinational or multi-business unit environment will be an advantage.
3.Solid experience in designing and managing salary structure / grading, bonus scheme, sales incentive, and performance management programs
4.Prior experience in building up and managing HRIS.
5.HR consultant background is preferred.
6.Excellent English of speaking and writing.
