Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all course consultants. The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training and managing the course consultant team to hit company sales targets. The sales manager directs the development of training and educational programs for course consultants.
- Improving telesales team through recruitment
- Driving sales revenue and conversions through training and management
Requirements:
- Native Chinese speaker, able to communicate in English
- 5 years of sales management experience (preferably English course & telesales related)
- Strong communication and organizational skills; Ability to thrive under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment
- BA degree
- Proactive and success driven personality
- Familiar with the English training industry
- Proven ability to drive sales teams of 10 or more
