We are looking for an experienced Lead or Group Program Manager, with the ideal candidate having a background in financial systems and Microsoft development methodologies. Fluency in one or more languages (especially Mandarin Chinese) besides English is preferred.
The candidate must have strong strategy, collaboration, and execution skills and be able to manage multiple independent projects simultaneously. Candidates must have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, economics, or finance and an MBA would be highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years software development/program management experience with at least 5 years managing people, preferably at Microsoft, and an established record of shipping global software.
