virtual society is still a society. most of us still show a good part of ourselves although it is supposed to be all virtual and we try to disguise ourselves. Some of us are able to do a much better job in that than others.
when we accuse someone else did bad, and then we replicate that behavior supposedly did justice to punish that bad committed by tohers, would our bad behavior justify by itself?
of course not. because we just lowered ourselves to that level and turned ourselves into one of those.
therefore. when we know there is not going to be an intelligent dialogue as it becomes calling each other's names, then best thing to do is to break off. we would be doing ourselves a favor and those others came here to have fun.
unless, of course, there was a serious subject and you believe that was of some to you as a principle. so such heavy stake, you stand up or step up, people may appreciate that you are acting as a man/woman of principle and thus step up against anything that you simply would not want leave it as it was.
anyway, just what i believe and i tried to practice by that.
