长老这次手伸得很长，几乎重写。非敢自以为是，实是觉得还有高手脸皮太薄，爱惜羽毛太过。特抛一砖，期引玉来。
原译英文不错，但有点Passive不太合西人aggressive的天性
另外我觉得海归网若做普通HR网页很难盈利。还是利用资源，发掘高手，做高端生意。新人固然要培养，须待有了实力之后，否则自身难保。手伸得更长了, 哈哈!
