REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or equivalent in Accounting/ Finance
Above 5 years of accounting experience
Superior analytical ability
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to translate data and information into clear, actionable presentations
Effective leadership/interpersonal skills
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage FP&A Activities: preparation and analysis of budgets, monthly financial reporting and forecasts, including planning
Proactively identify opportunities and drive associated initiative, to assure achievement of operating plan.
Participate in preparation of high level analysis and presentations to top management, keeps Sr. leadership apprised of business financials and work with business leader/CEO to generate key strategic actions and plans on an ongoing basis
Lead pricing analysis and revision for new products / services, optimizing the pricing to satisfy both compliance and business growth
Perform monthly business variance analysis to provide insight into business trends
Develop and implement measurements by comparative industry analysis for ways to improve tracking of business
